This recently orphaned fawn, and its sibling had lost their mother to a car four days before. Despite repeated attempts by the SPCA wildlife rescue, they could not be captured. They were at least feeding on their own, and after almost five days of staying in the danger zone, where they could also be hit by a car, they moved off into the forest.
